999x Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 999x.lol. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 999x platform, including all gaming products, betting services, promotional offers, and any other services provided by 999x, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

By creating an account on 999x, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 999x platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 999x platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 999x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 999x.

2.1 Minimum Age. The 999x platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a serious violation of these Terms for any person under the age of 21 to register an account, access the platform, or participate in any betting or gaming activity offered by 999x. 999x reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Registration Requirements. To register an account with 999x, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information that 999x may require for identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, or responsible gaming purposes. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one registered 999x account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 999x employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts and will close all accounts associated with the same individual upon discovery, including forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 999x platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 999x makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all geographic locations. By using 999x, you confirm that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). 999x operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. You may be required to submit documents such as a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999x account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords ("OTPs"), and any authentication tokens associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 999x will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your 999x account, you must notify 999x support immediately via live chat. You acknowledge that 999x cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 999x account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.

3.4 Account Closure by 999x. 999x reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there are grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 999x may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. You will be notified via your registered contact details before any such fees are applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash , EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 999x is PKR 500. 999x does not charge deposit fees on any of its approved payment channels, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 999x accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes during banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen to thirty minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. 999x reserves the right to request identity verification documents and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds being returned to your account balance.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. As a general rule, 999x will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering control. In exceptional circumstances where this is not possible, 999x support will assist in arranging an appropriate alternative withdrawal method subject to additional verification.

4.6 Own Account Requirement. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals at 999x must be registered in your own legal name. Use of third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.7 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at 999x is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance meets the minimum requirement.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other promotional offers provided by 999x are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal may be made. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any time limit specified for the promotion.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games at 999x contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category (slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games) toward wagering requirements is specified in individual promotion terms. Playing an ineligible game while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Players may not combine multiple bonuses, and the activation of a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. 999x actively monitors player activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets across accounts, using software to exploit bonus conditions, or any other activity designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion, constitute bonus abuse. Upon detection of bonus abuse, 999x reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the account permanently.

5.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 999x reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have met the qualifying conditions prior to the modification.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting product on the 999x platform is governed by its own specific set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or in the relevant section of the 999x help centre. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the rules specific to that game shall govern.

6.2 Integrity of Outcomes. All random number generator (RNG) based games available on 999x are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose software is subject to independent testing and auditing for fairness and randomness. 999x does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment in professionally managed studios, with outcomes determined by genuine physical processes.

6.3 Cricket Betting. PSL matches, international Test matches, T20 Internationals, One-Day Internationals, and other cricket events offered on 999x are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. All in-play bets are final once accepted. 999x reserves the right to void bets in the event of match abandonment, fixture change, or any other exceptional circumstance as determined by the applicable cricket betting rules.

6.4 Error and Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software error, technical malfunction, or system failure that results in a game outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, 999x reserves the right to void the affected round or game session and return stakes to the player. Winnings generated as a result of a software error or malfunction are not payable and will be void.

6.5 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 999x are subject to acceptance by the platform. 999x reserves the right to decline any bet or limit any player's stakes at its sole discretion, including in cases where a player has shown a pattern of exploiting pricing errors or where the platform deems it necessary for risk management purposes.

6.6 Responsible Betting. 999x strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Cricket betting, slot play, and crash games all carry inherent financial risk and should be treated as entertainment rather than a source of income.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as or knowingly allowing access by a person under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information including name, date of birth, or identity documents;
• Creating or operating more than one 999x account simultaneously or in succession;
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own legal name;
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event offered for betting on 999x;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using software robots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the 999x platform without express written authorisation;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the 999x software or platform architecture;
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content through any communication channel provided by 999x.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 999x platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, data compilations, and software, is the property of 999x or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999x platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of 999x.

8.3 Trademarks. The 999x name, logo, and all associated product names and marks are trademarks of 999x. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any 999x trademark without prior written consent.

9.1 Platform Availability. 999x endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in periods of unavailability. 999x accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 999x platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

9.3 Cap on Liability. Where 999x is found liable for direct losses arising from platform use, 999x's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to 999x in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. 999x integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service partners to deliver its platform. 999x accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processing delays, game provider technical failures, or data handling practices of third parties.

9.5 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that all betting and gaming involves financial risk and that you participate in all 999x products entirely at your own risk. 999x is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of the platform, including losses arising from cricket betting, slot play, crash games, or live casino games.

999x collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account with 999x, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11.2 Self-Exclusion.
